Fabric Moulded Glass

Check out this new range of glassware from Wrong for Hay.  The idea employs an innovative use of heat resitant fabric to make a mould for glass blowing.  The result is a soft form evidencing the subtle, textural marks of the cloth and picking up the detail of the seams from the fabric mould.  An inventive application of garment construction methods brought to glass making.  A fabulous example of what can happen when a handmade aesthetic is applied to the production process.
